You will note that the relevant system components are now displayed below. The “Recommended Minimum Quantity” is noted in RED underneath the “Total Gallons” box.
You can manually adjust these quantities in the boxes to the left of the “Total Gallons” box. Be aware that adjusting and applying quantities below our recommended minimum may result in poor coating performance.
Select the LiquaTile color of your choosing.
For our “Chip Floor” you will note our DecoFlake estimator defaults to Heavy or Full Rejection which is calculated at .15 lbs per square foot. At this distribution quantity you will see little to no underlying LiquaTile color.
Referencing the (Recommend – xxx lbs) select the DecoFlake colors and amounts by inputting the quantity in pounds in the box underneath your desired solid or blends until you have reached the recommended amount. Your selection of colors, weights and costs will appear in the “DecoFlake Pricing” table.
Full Rejection DecoFlake distribution will create a large quantity voids and gaps within the DecoFlake layer. These need to be filled prior to the final EnduraShield clear coat application. To do this we recommend a minimum 10mil / 152sf per gallon coat of DecoFX 1110 clear epoxy. For a deeper, smoother final finish consider additional DecoFx 1110.
We strongly encourage the use of our optional SpheriTex Traction additive! EnduraShield 2254 is extremely slippery especially when damp.
Grand Totals. You will note running totals based on total gallons, shipping weight, total mils (thousandths of an inch), DFT (Dry Film Thickness) in mils and total material costs.

NOTE: BondTite 1101 and LiquaTile 1184 is available in 3 quart and 3 gallon kits, DecoFX1110 is available in 1 gallon and 4 gallon kits. EnduraShield 2254 comes in .625 gallon and 1.25 gallon kits.
